What flavour of addy would you guys use on paramount? SPF or standard?

Paramount; eggbox faced off with 12mm plasterboard slid on to batten to create partitions.

I rarely tile onto it i replace it if i can. But if i have to then yes i would only use flexi on anything plasterboard.

Any substrate that can deflect or expand frequently then flexi is the one to use..
