So no need to tank shower. Wish I knew this before I spent 50 coins on Aquadefense.
£50 coins well spent if you wanted a waterproof shower. £50 still well spent if you didn't in my opinion

If the studs are at 600 centres I'd find it quicker to use 12mm hardie and tank. Can any thickness xps board be used in that scenario?Please - anyone explain why you use 12mm Hardi?
6mm for floor overlays I understand, but why 12mm on walls?!
