I have a kitchen floor area that is about 8.5 sq meters and I would like porcelain tiles about 350x350mm the floor area is concrete and the room is clear.
Roughly how much should I expect to pay, I live near Heathrow Airport.

Sorry yes , they must provide adhesive and grout.

we don't discuss prices openly in the forum. we recommend that you get 2-3 quotes from tilers in your area and compare them closely before choosing to appoint a tiler.
