Anyone used Kerakoll Bio Gel - And if so what's it like ?
I've heard good things but it's always good to get a broader view .

Have you ever read the book “The Emporors new clothes”

This is a bit like the hype surrounding Biogel No Limits.

I use it for certain applications (mosaics for example) but as a general rule I won’t buy it anymore as it’s not the wonder adhesive that people make out it is. It is also expensive.

I was all for kerakoll h40 no limits to start with but after a few jobs wasn’t that impressed with how long it took to get full bond. This is the standard set stuff, and yes it’s good and I can get at a decent price and it’s white as white but was getting worried that I was grouting before adhesive had dried to full bond. This is why I stopped using it

I used it once earlier this year, and found the only real benefit was the extended open time. So if I had a wall to tile with a window reveal, I may use the extra open time to do the tile cut's/mitre cut metal trim's and fix as you go! But still, that's nothing a bag of standard set can't do, if you've got the right setup.

Very nice stuff. For around £20 for a 25kg bag, dont think thats too bad compared to what i was previously using.

My supplier now charges 20% more than that for 25kg of white Biogel. Previously it was a whisker under £20

Side by side, I prefer Isomat over Biogel No Limits. I’ve not tried the Revolution yet. I do like the Fugabella grouts though.

I've tried enough brands and nolimits is at a higher level
of all the S1 I've tried.
especially the adhesion force.
fugabella no comment.
