I have screwed 12.5mm plasterboard onto stud walls using drywall screws. My question is do I need to protect the screw heads before tiling or will they be okay. They are phosphate coated screws. I am useing mapie tile adheasive and didnt want it to corrode the heads of the screws. I have also primed the wall with acrylic primer.

Thanks for reading
