Hi

would like the opinion on this job we had done by a professional tiler. Photos attached. Paid a decent price also for this. Text him about it 4 weeks ago and haven’t had a response back. Thank you

Doesn't look great at all, but also doesn't look all that hard to sort out most of it out. The pictures are all close up, but those grout lines look enormous (even the good ones). Usually with metros like that, a 2mm grout gap looks best. That looks much bigger, in which case that element of it can't be sorted out without ripping it all out and starting again. Might just be the closeness of the photos?

I assume you've already paid the "tiler" in full, hence having received no response?
