Thanks for your replies guys.

House is a new built. There was no prep as far as I know. Tiles were laid straight on the concrete floor and adhesive

Where were the tiles from and did you supply them?

If you have a couple of spares can you lay them together face to face and see how bowed they are.

I don’t think it’s all that bad to be fair to the tiler.

I supplied the tiles for them. What i am struggling to believe is that everything is down to the curved tiles....

If your floor was 20mm out.....look at your(new build) builder,not your tiler.
If your tiler had levelled the floor it most likely would have caused problems elsewhere.....unable to get your washing machine back in,not being able to shut the front door,etc,etc.
