anyone laying large plank tiles these days on the herringbone pattern ? Heading to a job on Tuesday where the customer wants it laid on a bedroom floor about 17m2 , tile size 25x150 !

I've got a bathroom floor to do in a couple of weeks in 600x125 planks. Never done one before so should be fun setting out

Went to look at it tonight , talked her out of it only because of the size of the bed and dresser which nearly takes up the majority of the floor ! Saying that , it would have been nice in a large hallway and looking down at it from above !

Did this one about 6months ago took some setting out but all came together in the end

What was the size of the room batiling and roughly how long did it take for setting out and then to tile asuming the prep was done before hand. Be good as a guide if or when ever i come across a job with this set or anyone else on the forum.

It’s was 45m2 it took me just short of a day to lay and set out the room it had bi fold doors at the end so tried to use them as the straight edge of the room It took 5 days to tile as there were a few levelling issues in one corner

Tiles were 900x200

Did this in 2009 - all tiles hand cut from larger format (3 from each tile) mixed and laid in herringbone to pick up vein in marble bath feature panel
Pattern followed into floor in wet area opposite bath wall and around internal walls. Needs a bit of a spring clean but still looking ahead of its time.
