Imagine you purchase a house that is totally neglected and been empty for years. Roof leaking, ceilings falling down, no central heating etc... total mess.
After completely gutting and stripping it back to a shell - what would be the order to do things (tradewise)?

roughed out(plumbers joiners sparks etc)
finishings(painters,finishing joiner,tiler)

White Room

Roof
First fixing of electric and plumbing/heating/carpentry, door frames
Plasterboard ceiling
Plastering/dry linning
Kitchen/bath etc
Tiling
Second fixings, skirts, sockets etc
Decorating
Think thats about it
