Not sure you know I was just looking into it. YouTube used to let you embed, or not. No in between. But it appears there are sites you can approve now to embed on (wise move from YT's view as it gets them liked by big firms).

Best way to tell at the mo is if the username and users related videos are all big record producers, like sony, emi, etc.. then click the next one and look for a username like 'john233244545' or something. Other than that, I can't seem to tell right now. Though I am trying to find some info on the net.
