Finishing off someone elses tiling ?

Ok, excuse the drawing, but this is the type of thing I wanted some idea about covering. On the left is the type of corner I am faced with although it's more than 5 rows high, and on the right is the type of finish I thought about, so was wondering if silicone was the wise choice ?

Yep, and the angle in the corner is about 5 o'clock on a clock face yes?

you cant polish a turd mate, especially for free!
i would just grout and silicone as normal and tell her the job was crap in the first place.

Yeah, sorry mate, had a bereavement.
Been a pretty painful couple of weeks.
I grouted up at weekend and applied the silicone using corner tape. The angle was a little too flat and the applicator was not correct for the angle. I'll try and get a few pictures up of the finish.
