Just ordered a set of the flexy hand diamond pads from rite lines coz the polisher is a bit aggressive for some stuff I found I increased the bullnose from 5 mm to 10 if I wasn't careful even when I was careful it was still more than 5 mm

No u use a bullnose wheel or 14 attachment for ur polisher then rum it up with the hand pads rather that using a electrical polisher

Montolit make similar, a lot cheaper too.
Mine are probably 10yrs old with occasional use, still OK. Use more for porcelain and sanding trim edges really...

Are they hard or are they like those ones you get for decorating and rubbing wood work down

50, 100, 200, 400 (electroplated) grits ideal for tidying up the edges of cut tiles for things like envelope cuts. Particularly porcelain.

The 800, 1500 & 3000 grit pads are resin and are more suited to stone and natural products.

We sell a lot of the #50 to glaziers for taking the razor sharp edge off cut glass and also to pre cast concrete companies for removing mold seams on finished castings.

They are also available as sheets, basically the diamond bit that's not glued to a foam block. These can then be attached to shaped block for specific profiles.

The sheets are often used by stonemasons wrapped around a finger for finishing drainer grooves and flutes.

They are very versatile products and we comfortably sell around 4000-5000 a year.
