Unfortunately these have been discontinued, but I'm looking for one tile (or a pack etc!) that may be surplus somewhere, as we have a cracked one that needs replacing.
If anyone has any idea where I could source these, it would be much appreciated!

They were bought around 5/6 years ago, but not sure from which supplier (somewhere in cheam, surrey).
I'll try and obtain a photo.
