Anybody know what Bore size refers too, Ebauer used to do a disc with 22.2mm bore size, that has been surpassed by a 22.23mm

Is that .2 to .23 going to make the fit to the wet cutter sloppy?

In a word No.

It's the size of the hole in the centre of the blade and 22.23mm is a conversion from the original imperial size that the hole cut which I think is 7/8"

So they've just rounded the decimal place down then.
