I had 1200 points (£120) and got the latest email saying I'd lost 8000 as they'd expired.
Bummer - should have checked Ts and Cs.
So if anyone was just building them up like me, be careful. They only last 12 months
Good to know - but my wife gets her present every December!
Me too! Bit disappointed with them really. I lost 4000.
I got an email today saying I had lost 1800 points
Well they've just lost a chunk of my business
Sent them a moaning email
had this and spoke to my shop manager who spoke to someone higher up. It's a **** up with a new computer integration and we will be getting them back and should be getting an email to apologise .

Dear Eduard
On your recent Trade Loyalty Card statement you were mistakenly informed points had expired and had been removed from your card. This was in fact a system error and you should have been notified one month before any points were deducted - to give you time to redeem.
We have re-issued the expired points onto your card and you now have until the end of June to redeem them. Remember, 1000 points entitles you to £10 of CTD products or Love2Shop vouchers.
Dear John - we note that you didn't spend anything with us on your Loyalty Card in May and wonder if you have Expired!
If so your estate has to the end of June to redeem them.
I have a ctd account but never used it, how do you view your trade prices?
