i have done that for several customers in the past, with no come backs,as long as the mineral felt is stuck down well,eg no movement or bubbles,i would joint tape and tank any perimeter seams that are a future possability for a leak, then you can either use a rubbergum paint on tanking membrane or self level latex(baton around your gulley)because it will run that way,and your ready for tiling, use single part flexable adhesive, dont use ceramic tiles no good for exterior conditions like frost etc,use natural stone,i use 18mm thick calibrated slate from nicholes&clark,or porcelain only if its graded for ext use,i always use wickes masonary sealer £15 for 5 litres its cheaper than topps tiles.none of mine have leaked yet,1st one was 8 years ago
