Boxing In Question

Just curious to know..........after building a frame for boxing in pipework in a downstairs loo what material would you use to cover the frame? (prior to tiling)
What do you consider most ecenomical?
What do you usually use?
(Will not be getting wet except a few minor splashes from sink)

I'd imagine Plasterboard would be the cheapest option.

as above if tiling, 9mm ply if not!

as said above plasterboard, unless i had a few offcuts of marmox/wedi then id use this

I usually use ply, as kids have a habit of using pipe boxing ( if horizontal!) as a step up to wash basin, well my two lads do anyway
