Yeah roughly. I think there is a missing dab horizontally between the one I've mentioned and the area of movement. Trouble is not sure about the quality of the builders work so can't day he'd have done this "by the book". I can call him tomorrow to find out.

Your best bet to start with is as you say plug and screw in the area where it's loose but only where the dabs are...

Don't flood it ,just enough to bond the board and itl be fine

Any large voids behind the board and u can use same process, just don't use an excess of foam

Sorry misread criss' post 15 mm hole saw. I'd quickly read it as cut a piece out.

Just cut half a metre square round the loose board and dab new piece on.
