Looking to get some prices for tiling my bathroom.

There's approx 28m^2 to tile.

Floor is about 9m2 using 60x60 10mm Porcelain including 1400x900 maxxus wetroom deck requiring envelope cutting

Floor to ceiling around the wetroom deck with 60x30 porcelain

Rest of the walls to be tiled up to 1.2m with 60x30 tiles

One wall has a window at each end I'd like the external corners mitred

I've done most of the prep with the help of my dad but getting the right tools for cutting the tiles and the time it would take me is a bit worrying so I'd like to get some prices for having some one do it who has the right kit and knows what they're doing :)

Walls around the wetroom are 12.5mm marmox
Other walls are water resistant PB already skimmed from 1.2m upward.
Floor is 18mm ply over timber joists+noggins with herringbone struts, overboarded with 4mm marmox, UFH and will be putting SLC over the top when I get chance next week.

Also, I've already bought 7 bags of Mapei Keraflex Maxi.

Let me know if you would like to come and take a look at the room.

Thanks
Luke
