I have got to build a complete new bath panel and tile it for a customer, this includes building the frame too.. I have my own ideas about what is best but not sure if i would be right....

Your advice please gents, from what wood to use to best adhesive and if anyone knows of anything that i may have overlooked.......

Cheers lads

Make sure it can be removed to get to the pipes without smashing it as its part of the water regs (must be able to get to the pipe work for the taps and any valves with hand tools (not hammers))

3 X 2 PAR frame,6mm backer board, wedge board into place, then tile with mosaic fix. When tiles are set drill 4 holes into wood frame through the tiles and fix with the screws that take chrome domed head.Grout with gt1 addy in,and silicone all round. If customer needs access then they stanley through the silicone, unscrew and bob's yer uncle !!

Gaz, i have been racking my little brain wondering how i can make a little access area in the panel without spoiling the finnished look and once again you have solved another problem for me.... use the whole panel as the access point (sometimes you can't see things that are staring you in the face eh) i ****ing love you lot.
