Im after a good, reliable and cheap online supplier of electric under floor heating.

What i need is 10sqm of 10mm insulation boards. 6 loose wire UFH with stat.

SLC and adhesive ill source elsewhere. Any ideas?

Before we take the plunge it would be useful to hear who 'supplies and fits' UFH to their customers and what you like/dislike about certain brands?

I use the Raychem ufh from CTD. Always a deal available and stock is never an issue.

I went to CTD today but found them to be more expensive than topps.
Went back to the guys in tops and managed to barter them down to a very reasonable price and even got them to match an online seller or marmox where i usually get my boards only will be getting warmup's own instead.
Now just need the customer to accept the quote. Will be calling them tomorrow.

We stock both the Marmox (from Wood base) and our own Ekoboard insulation boards (from concrete base) so will put in both options.
Will also put in options on thermostats as well, as we stock many here.

Hi Dave ,
For me it's a no brainer , DEVI every time ( now part of DANFOSS as I understand it ) , after a coat of primer on the floor , the mat which has adhesive on the back stick down really well. This of course means you get float up of the mat when pouring in the slc. Put it straight onto Marmox boards last week and it stuck great.

As with any mat though of a similar ilk , when you turn it , it can want to lift a little on the corners . However , a quick squirt of carpet spray and bobs ur Uncle.

I was supplied with a mat once ( warm up , I think ) , it came with 3 continueous runs of tape on the back , useless , didn't stick at all. Consequenty the slc was a nightmare.

Thats my experience anyway.
