What is the best way to tile this section?

Hi.

Looking for some opinions or advice. Currently renovating the bathroom and put in a new door lining etc. So when it's come to tiling I've gone straight to the door lining (small gap) and then will put the new architrave on top. But I'm going to tile straight to the ceiling. Now do you follow the old line or create a new line so your eye line follows the architrave line and then end bead that?

Any advice be most welcome

(P.s the two top tiles are not attached yet)
