any one use SAGE software for their accounts

We have sage but it's an older version that you were able to buy . My wife has looked into upgrading but we are not impressed by the fact you only seem to rent it now . Plus our cost per user is much higher than company who might buy a multi user pack

I've started using xero accounting. what I like about it is you can put different jobs under the 'projects' title, every little thing that we sometimes chuck in gets billed and itemised... its amazing how much we do for nothing you can even see which jobs are more profitable... i.e floors v's walls etc. it converts quotes to invoices too. saves me about 3 hours a week id say.
