Can it be done? Have been following the instructions in the 3-way mitre thread but can't seem to get it right, which leaves me wondering if it doesn't work properly unless the trim is a full quadrant..? It couldn't be my lack of skill, of course.....!! :)

You are right, the trim has to be a full quadrant for it to work properly, save the hassle and get some corner pieces!!!

As above..... Too time consuming for not such a great look get corner pieces, much neater!
