I'm having a nightmare trying to establish product info from distributors. For example, Jackoboard: Installation instructions say put the adhesive on the wall, their video tells you to put it on the back of the board. There are countless examples like this from other manufactures. Abacus Essentials: Steer you to use their ' Fix- KST adhesive' which is over twice the price of Mapei Keraquick.

So, what type and make of adhesive would you use to attach foam tile backer boards onto a good level and plumb masonry wall ( along with screw fixings). And would you apply the adhesive to the wall or backing board?

All the above assumes the wall will be primed with either SBR Latex or an Acrylic primer (that's another story).
