So looking to put a plumbers pipe tube on the roof rack of my new van to carry trims etc, but last night picked up some ladders and what a noise they made while traveling, cant say I 'd want to put up with that every day, what's peoples experience of these and the wind noise they make.
Don't want to start drilling holes in the bulk head either.......
Ladders will always make a racket unless you have a wind deflector in front of them otherwise the air is resonating over all of the rungs.
Roof bars & pipe tubes now (I use Rhino aero bars) make no noise at all
I use a length of soil pipe with a screw jobby on the end....

. I look into that. Hope I can get 2.5 meter so dosnt hang over the front to much. been looking at this
Look at this on eBay
Aluminium 2.5m Van Pipe Tube Conduit Carrier fits all roof bars (code PC2.5)
That will be fine. A rhino tube copy.....loads around now

.
Is that the technical term..... screw job by. Andy? ???
buy a 3m pipe and cut a bit off the end. screw that to the side board in your van and store your mixing paddle blades in it...
Screw jobby....
