Hi team

I have hacked off one tile approx 40cm by 20cm off a bathroom wall that's covered in tiles head to toe

The surface of the wedi behind this tile and it's netting has come off with the tile and it's adhesive. Considering the incredibly small area concerned (one tile), is there a best approach to restoring this section of weedi before I put the one tile back on? Could skimming with plaster re-inforce it well?

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Hiya. Is it weak and moving if the you push the board. ?

Hi Dave
Thanks for replying.
It's feels fairly sturdy around the edges where it meets the surrounding tiles but it's slightly less resistant/a bit bouncy in the middle.
I could try slicing the whole bit out and creating a new backing I guess.
