I have a small wet cutter which I have perviously used on most stone jobs upto 600x300 12mm, which cuts great but since I have been using the grinder more, I'm gonna go with that next time.
When I did the 900x600 20mm limestone job I used a 9 inch grinder and that was great for it. Saves manouvering a massive tile through a wet cutter

what wet cutter is it you use? I nothing but bathrooms, 90% of the time I work with 9-12 mill porce mainly 600 x 300's. managing well enough with my rubi and grinder but think a wet cutter would speed me up and be better for envelopes etc. can't weigh up if yhe dewalt is OTT and a table top like the vitrex 750 would be better. I have used the Dewalt before and know how good it is but can I get that level of cut with a table top? cheers

dunno, would pay the extra for the Dewalt if someone said you cant get that level of cut from say a norton clipper, vitrex 750 etc. just want whats best for domestic bathrooms ie its a big advantage if I can set cutter up in doors obviously wont happen with the dewalt often. but are the table toppers gonna stand uo to porce and are they big enough for 600's using the guides etc.

I throw the guide bar away. All cuts by eye.
No issues.

I had a play with one of these while i was in the US last year. They aren't that good. Pretty weak motor and a bit like the Brutus from Topps. Both looked like the dewalt but that's where it stops. Don't waste your money, if your after this style of cutter get the dewalt.
