i find when im grouting ill wash the walls at least twice andfter finishing then leave it for a couple of hours then just give it a dust down with a bit of old dust sheet usually leaves it fine

same as tom for me too a wash down then a "dry rub" (ooh er missus) gets rid of all the residue!

all internal corners,around bath,window and door frame,around shower and also wall to floor(i know it's an internal corner before somebody says)!

recently done a full bathroom re-grouting where the corners had been grouted,within 2 years it had broken away(a mixture of cheap grout and bad practice) had it been left any longer it probably would have caused damage to the tiling with water ingressing into the open crack!
