Does anyone foresee any problems if I choose to use white silicon, as opposed to grout, for the vertical gap on the internal corners in a bathroom wall-to-floor tiling situation?

I thought the flexibility might be useful in case my walls ever move slightly due to humidity, slammed doors etc.

Using it a couple of millimetres proud of the tiles on both sides would also hide any ragged cuts.

Does anyone else do this?

hello mate. You should silicone corners anyway as these act as movement joints...

There is a thread on the forum going into greater detail on this subject....dave...

Excellent. Thanks.

I seem to have stumbled on to best practice purely by accident!
