On the 11th May 1985, 56 people lost their lives and approximately 265 were injured when a fire broke out in the stands at Valley Parade during a match where City were to be crowned 3rd Division Champions. On this the 26th anniversary of this tragedy, please find the time in your busy day to remember them. Rest in peace, you will never be forgotten.
