I'm hoping to get some opinions on how acceptable the adhesive coverage is on my new floor tiles.

The tiles are about 5ish cm hexagons and we recently had to take some up to get the electric UFH fixed. After this I put some tile adhesive in to replace the screed which the repair person dig out, but I was a bit surprised to see the shape of the existing adhesive.

It looks to me like the ridges have not been compressed properly and I think there is less than 75% coverage when there should be at least 85%.

Question: do you agree with my interpretation? Is it likely to be a problem (particularly with 200W UFH beneath)?

Thanks in advance.
