Use them for minor adjustments Andy,
typically 50# & 100#

Haha it's just repetition Kyle, I've done a massive amount over the last year.
Just don't get too near the top edge or you'll blow the front out.
Its better if you can keep the blade cool too.

Dead right mate, if you go too far tho Andy, the finished corner is very brittle.
You end up with an edge which is much wider than the thickness of the tile, does that make sense?

I can miter anything upto about 700 on my wet cutter but I still want a go by hand

I've always mitred porcelain tiles when tiling into a sloped ceiling. Just the same but a bit more refined

I've never found mitring on a wet saw to be any good tbh. And I've tried many types of blade. Never stay true.

Do you mean where the tile meets the skeiling, that's the bit you mitre, the top of the Tile?

wet cutter is just no good, much more accurate by hand and quicker
only time a wet cutter helps is to put a good edge on a cut if that's got to be mitred
