Must be a fake but is very funny.
I remember Noel Edmonds (remember him?) doing a similar stunt with a digger cutting a car in two when the boom dropped.
His best trick ever though was making a car disappear on a cross channel ferry - all parked cars cleverly arranged to allow the team to manoeuvre victims car into a nearby lorry.
