Moisture Meter

Anybody know of a good meter just for checking the moisture of brickwork etc from a leaking shower.

Don't want to pay the earth but one that works.

i have one by sovreign had it about 12 years now

its a good make, there may be cheaper but is used regulaly as ive had it 12 yrs
as alot of my work is vinyl tiling its an esential tool for me

I got one from Maplins for £23... I use it for surveying screeds but no reason it won't work on bricks/mortar. It does wood as well...
