Try a bath rubber, if you have tried products . On net or on fired earth counters to pick up sometimes.
If you have a mildew remover ,try this also. Test

Nail varnish remover with acetone in it. Or if you can get it neat Acetone is even better. The acetone dissolves the ink and removes it quickly. We used to use gallons of it when I worked in the labs from removing marker pen from glassware. its not abrasive so wont scratch. with the nail varnish remover you might need two or three goes as the acetone concentration is lower. it must be acetone based though... and no sniffing it afterwards....

I had this problem recently and tried everything, i was lucky it was not Ina prominent area I masked off the area and put isopropanol alcohol 99.9 and left it to evaporate and it went. Also bleach worked as well but this was on marble. Masked off and left to evaporate. It worked for me and left no marks or stains.
I'd be interested to know what works for you.

I have used the solvent cleaner that comes with colour magic worktop jointing compound for laminate worktops it seems to disolve the ink I've done it a thousand times
