Hi all ,
I am going to screed over a mechanics garage floor which has a red resin paint over it , the floor has been jet washed , de - greased and sanded heavily . But the paint will not budge .
Does anyone recommend a appropriate primer for the job . I'm using weber fibre reinforced fast flex latex . And was thinking of using weber pr 301 primer ???
