Due to suspected substrate settlement there is a number of cracked tiles in a row, around 6 or 7 large tiles affected.
i need someone to assess and make a budget repair as we are in process of putting house on market and selling it.
Do you have any pictures of the tiles? Did you manage to get this sorted out?

Was this floor overboarded with ply or is it a screed with a join in it?
