[Colour Republic]

Following on from threads I've read on here and the price of jobs, I'd like to start a cost of living thread which almost always has an effect on your pricing

I don't know about you guys but when ever I go somewhere new I judge that city's cost of living on 3 things:

The cost of a pint!
The average rent on a 1 bed flat
The cost of a modest 3 bed semi

I'll start

Hove - East Sussex

Pint - £3.60
Rent - £650 pm
House - £320k

How about where you live???

Pint - not sure, around the £3 mark? Dan might have a better idea. I stopped going to the bar when I got married :lol:
Rent - 1 bed flat around £395 a month
House - 3 bed semi where I now live £125,000 altho I sold my 3 bed semi for £100,000

you want depression CR? I only paid 66k for my 3 bed semi back in 2003 :hurray: and my current 3 bed detached was just a shade under 150k last May

Yeah about a mile away from me, up in Hangleton. That where you're from???
