was at b&q today straight to the tools section as usual :drool5: doing this dewalt dewalt.jpg 18v with 2 batteries for £70 + vat at the trade point counter. Cant be bad so i bought one only takes 1/2 an hour to charge dont think they will be around for long!:thumbsup:

That is cheap! I got one 6 months ago for £99 which was reduced fom £199. They must have loads of excess stock.

A Latvian lad working on site with me today bought one too he told me,
Left it at home though.
Whats the spec? 18v 3.0 ah????
Can't be at that price I'm sure?
Is it a li-ion battery?

It does look a good one though.
Need the spec, I don't need one but am close to b&q all week.

Poor then, I had more power in drills 10 years ago.
My current has the works and believe me when I'm drilling holes in masonry you'd think I had an electric drill going! Some machine.

handy drill to have for the cash,but again not the best batts + most drills that cheap b & q/screwfix/toolstation etc dont have much torque.you pay for what you get...
