Sign of the time gents. Clients will know tradesmen are struggling, so they with try it on. IMO.
So whats the minimum you would charge then for labour only, in todays climate? on some thing like 4 new build house's, with a total of 67 sq/m of wall & floor tiling in each house? so a total of 268 sq/m. To a builder :smash:
