Just too many costs and not enough information.
Questions -
What type of floor Wood/Concrete.
How much of 43sq mts do you want Under floor heating.
What area are you in Rural/town.
What size/type tiles.
What adhesive have you got.

Shall I continue....

Answer -
IMO you should be getting a professional tiler to estimate a job of this size.
