Seems a straight forward job if anybody is local to them. Insulation and cable installation but not the tiling as it is a last thought.

Just one issue I can see here, 5 days before the tiler starts, that's not going to be long enough to get the install done and commission the floor before the tiling starts. Disaster in the making IMO.

Oh ye. Never thought of that. Perhaps upto the customer once being advised though to arrange with the tiler a suitable time?
