Its recommended 14 days but I suspect they jump in when I'm at the bottom of the lane!

A few weeks ago on a Thursday I had finished tiling a shower room and was busy clearing my tools away. I told the customer I would be back on the Sat morning to grout and they asked me if it would be okay to use the shower the next day, ie, before grouting!
I always say 2 weeks after grouting but I doubt if anyone leaves it this long.

i can remember, finishing an outdoor pool,i was grouting the floor up the slope and out ,the peeps i was working for were so interested in getting there stage payment that by the time i was halfway up the slope they had the hose in filling, so the water was chasing me out of the pool, how mad is that!!!:lol: good job it was a red hot day!!!

Sounds like something off Benny Hill:lol::smilewinkgrin::lol:

But I've seen major contractors do the exact same thing on massive leisure centres before - scary:yikes:
