My Name is Neil Black and i Established NMB Painting and Decorating, Hartlepool in 2001. Since then i have gone from strength to strength and i incorporate both interior and exterior decorating being a ceramic tile specialist.
I worked for various companies as a painter and decorator before starting my own business.
All of my work is done to the highest standard of quality and workmanship to ensure that the client is fully satisfied with all of the work carried out from conception to completion.
I will undertake internal decorating, external decorating, paper hanging and tiling.
