Counting Down to WorldSkills with the UK Tiling Team

With the WorldSkills 2017 final in Abu Dhabi fast approaching, anticipation is rising for the UK Tiling Team. On Thursday 7th September, Schlüter-Systems caught up with them at the Greenbank Campus of Southern Regional College, Northern Ireland (SRC), to hand-deliver a couple of gifts prior to the start of this prestigious competition. Back in March, talented young tiler Armondas Tamulis from the college fought off tough competition from fellow student, Kieran Magee, to become the team’s chosen delegate. We've become known for having some of the best forums on the net of which most are a UK Trades Forum, including a tilers, electricians and plumbers. Our first UK trades forum was the tilers forum back in 2006, then we launched the plumbing forum, then the electrical forum, and we even tried a plasterers forum at one point too but gave up on that one. So we've done it to show the differences. You might say it's the difference between oldskool board rooms and new web-based communities.
