What about if someone imported from another country from within the EU and sold in the UK?
I’d find that extremely unlikely, but then I don’t pretend to know the retail industry at all.
But I do know Ray has the exclusive rights in he U.K.
Ray used to have a list of registered outlets on his web site. However I know that list has been reduced in recent times.

I originally found a list of registered suppliers on the website. I contacted my nearest supplier and was met with an unenthusiastic response to my enquiries.

I went into my local merchants and they said they could supply it- but it would take a couple of weeks.

I then contacted porcel thin direct and spoke to someone who said they wouldn’t be getting any stock for six weeks. It was very much a computer says no comment.

Anyway, I found these tiles on eBay of all places. Not branded as Porcel-thin as such, but used the same images and looked identical. Same dimensions and descriptions and considerably cheaper than my supplier.

Here endeth my story:tearsofjoy:

What are people’s preferred levelling system for these thin porcelain tiles?

I’ve used Premtool before but never on anything like this.

I’ve read PLM are good. I emailed them and got no response. Same with a few other companies.

Keen to get recommendations. The last thing I want is chips in my porcel thin.

1mm small clips and stick in whatever spacer you want.
I like the PLM as I find you don't need pliers. They're easy enough to use by hand and they are stronger and more flexible.

Be ware of what wedges you get from plm, some dont fit regular clips, they’re to small.
Thin tiles clips are all well and good, but they’re not much help if you don’t have reason to use them. And their only difference is that they are shorter than regular size.

Oh I forgot to mention. The three tiles that arrived damaged are being replaced tomorrow. The odd thing is that the pallet that’s being dropped is 150kg.

The three tiles weigh 25kg so hopefully they have messed up and sent too many so I can practise my mitring :tearsofjoy:

I’ll find out tomorrow.

I would stick with whatever you’re used to, we all have our preferences, or not.
Over last few years I’ve generally used RLS or ferramentaweb.
I’m now using MLT’s.

What’s the faff with the little scrape of the adhesive bed before you put the clip in on the PLM system. I really don’t like the idea of that.
