It's the daily cutting of tile and stone and mixing adhesive for us. Everytime I read these sorts of articles it puts the fear of God in me.

Quartz is a huge danger too especially as a lot comes from China where the standards might be a little off.

I remember the first time I mixed up some gear in Germany. Low dust technology. That was 15 years ago. We still don’t see it much over here. It should be a matter of course that we use it. This was part of the reason washboys were originally invented. To reduce buffing and dust!

As you get older and if you have a clear kind of drip from nose quite often then I suggest you go and see about it.

Worked on a job a few years back, chippies fitting Hardie backer to walls and floors, cutting it with circular saws in a bedroom. I have never seen so much dust, should have seen their faces when I showed them the small print on the label!
