I bet sigma uk don't have to answer as many problems on here , now I've never used a rubi before , but hearing all these stories about breakers breaking and different blades for different tiles etc! Would put me off ever buying a rubi cutter. My sigmas get up in the morning and don't cry at tile thickness's, they just get on with it all day and never lay down! But a sigma you know it makes sense!!!!
Rubi make great trowels and accessories though !

Don't knock it till you've tried it......

I bought a TR400 last year, too good a price not too but it was back at CTD the following week with the plates falling off of it!!!

Not impressed as the rep came up and just put a bit of glue on the foam and gave it back to CTD for me..

Dont get me wrong its a great cutter but im for a Sigma, no if no buts im jumping ship!!!!!
