Alpro medical knee pads without a doubt. I've used all of the "cheap ones" and found alpro to be the best there about £60

Thanks, find the ones you put in the trousers rub my knees raw and the strap around pads seem slide and pinch. 9 hrs on my knees today and the question needed to be asked! Cheers I'll take a look.

These are so light that the strap doesn’t need to be tight.

Like most of you I’ve tried them all, probs had 3-4 pairs of the alpro pads and my knees are knackered. I bought the tough built gel-thigh support pads a few months ago and they are the best by far

Apologies for the late reply lee, I got them from amazon £64, tried many from the original pitmens to the alpro and I’m more than happy with these.
